We want you to be fully satisfied with your Bone Collector gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
